The criminal gangsters in my neighborhood sure as hell are "strapped" and don't have these "permits" for their daily gun play! It's tough being a law-abiding citizen in a time when so few know that the U. S. Constitution is the SUPREME law of the land (and it breaks my heart when I have to try and explain this fact to people who call themselves Democrats)! But, there are sound reasons to make special exceptions aren't there? Given the poor performance of pilots who go into politics - I'm thinking we should pass a law that only allows guys like Gibbons to carry a single action, six round revolver limited to .38 caliber (I don't want him to even think about trying to "make (anyone's) day"! Then, on second thought, in Gibbons case I'm thinking we should limit him to a pocket knife (with less than a 3 inch blade)! Man, how I miss my Bradley Fighting Vehicle equipped with a .50 Cal Machine Gun, a 20mm Chain Gun and T.O.W. Anti-Tank Missle system (and, of course, a full crew, loaded, locked and "strapped" for bear) - oh, those were the days when fear was our friend!
