The Barack Obama campaign just announced that U.S. Sen. John Kerry, who lost to President George W. Bush by slightly more than 3 million votes in 2004, will be coming to Nevada to campaign for the Illinois senator soon.
That should be fun and exciting.
Meanwhile, former President Bill Clinton, who actually did beat former President George H.W. Bush in 1992 by 5.8 million votes, will continue to campaign for his wife here in Nevada.
Oh, by the way: Clinton won Nevada in 1992 and 1996 (thank you, Ross Perot!). Kerry lost Nevada in 2004 to Bush.
What does all this mean? Probably nothing. We’re just saying.
